These terms and conditions apply to purchases of products on www.voodoostreet.com (the website)
1. Delivery
All orders placed on voodoostreet.com will be shipped using The Royal Mail (unless specified otherwise).
Shipping will be as stated in the checkout options at time of purchase.
We will endeavour to ensure the reliability of voodoostreet.com to ensure all goods are available as displayed, however occasionally inventory errors may affect the availability of an item
2. Returns
We offer a full 28-day return period. If you wish to return a product, for whatever reason, please do so within this timescale for a full refund or exchange. This returns period begins on the day you receive the product.
How do you return?
Before the end of the returns period you must send the unwanted items back to VoodooStreet UK. The day you post the item is classed as the “return day” so this must happen within the returns period. You must retain a postage receipt displaying this date as proof of postage.
We offer FREE RETURNS on all products.

Terms and Conditions
All of the above steps must be followed as described. In the event of these points not being followed, VoodooStreet UK will be unable to process the return and the items will be sent back to the customer.
Please note only items bought on www.voodoostreet.com can be returned to VoodooStreet UK. Items bought through any other VoodooStreet site cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Please allow 7 days for refunds to be processed; starting from the date we receive your returned products.
